Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients:- 2 lbs frozen hashed brown potatoes
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 cup finely chopped onions, optional
- 1 pint sour cream
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
Mix together all ingredients, except potato chips, and spread in a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle potato chips on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. ~ Andrea To make a suggestion, fill out our feedback form. |
