CRAB/CORN BISQUE

3 sticks butter (yikes!)
1 small onion, diced
(2) 10 oz. frozen cream style corn
1 pint half and half
1 pint milk
1 lb. white crabmeat
1 tbsp. Flour
˝ tsp. salt
˝ tsp. whit pepper
Tabasco
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Fresh green onion, chopped (for garnish)
In medium saucepan sauté onion and butter. Add corn, cream, milk and
crabmeat. Let come to a slow boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Thicken with flour. Add
seasonings. Garnish with green onion tops and parsley.
