COWBOY SOUP
2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can mixed vegetables
1 can ranch beans
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 pkg. Spanish rice, precooked
3 cans beef broth
8 oz. tomato sauce
Preparation:
Brown hamburger and onion together until well cooked. Drain well. Add the
remaining ingredients. Do not drain any of the vegetables. If you like more
broth you can add additional or you may want to add one cup of water and a
bouillon cube.
