Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:- 1 lb breakfast sausage, crumbled and cooked
- 5 slices bread, cubed
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
Alternate layers in casserole dish: sausage, bread and cheese. Beat eggs, salt, mustard and milk. Pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. ~ Contributed by Judy at Moody AFB To make a suggestion, fill out our feedback form. |
